Annual event developed between NJDVRS and OFCCP , contractors register and provide job leads that are promoted in many job search websites. The goal is to tap into NJDVRS talent pool and be able to fill the position with qualified candidate.
If the client applies and sends resume to the NJDVR Business Outreach contact. They will intern send it to HR department who will review and determine if they qualify to sit for interview the day of event.
