Call Center Reps will answer phone calls and written inquiries from customers and vendors, and are responsible for general business communication. This includes:
- Fielding a variety of incoming / outgoing calls on behalf of our guests and stores
- Responding to written inquiries on both social and live chat platforms
- Conducting research to provide answers for our guests to resolve their issues
- Accurately documenting information in order management systems
