- Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs)
- Behavior Technicians (BTs)
- Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)
- Mental Health Technicians
- Mental Health Clinicians
- Position Requirements:

* RBTs and BTs:

- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, or Education required
- Minimum of 1 year working with children preferred
- Minimum of 1 year in a direct care human services profession preferred
- Proficient in using technology for daily documentation
- Strong interpersonal and documentation skills
- Open to practical feedback and implementing it
- Physically able to stand, bend, kneel, and run during shifts

* BCBAs:

- Master’s degree in Psychology, Special Education, or a related field
- Active BCBA Certification
- Strong interpersonal and documentation skills
- 2+ years of experience working with children on the Autism spectrum
- Ability to conduct Functional Behavioral Assessments
- Create programs and Behavior Intervention Plans
- Complete skill assessments: ABLLS-R, VB-MAPP, and AFLS
- Provide parent training
- Practical support and leadership skills

* Mental Health Clinicians:

- Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, or a related field
- Clinical License preferred (LPC, LCSW, LMFT) or preliminary license acceptable (LSW, LAC)
- At least 1 year of experience working with youth and adolescents (ages 4-21)
- Experience with developmental disabilities and in school settings is a plus
- Ability to assist with emergency evacuations
