Position Requirements:

* RBTs and BTs:

- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, or Education required
- Minimum of 1 year working with children preferred
- Minimum of 1 year in a direct care human services profession preferred
- Proficient in using technology for daily documentation
- Strong interpersonal and documentation skills
- Open to practical feedback and implementing it
- Physically able to stand, bend, kneel, and run during shifts

* BCBAs:
- Master’s degree in Psychology, Special Education, or a related field
- Active BCBA Certification
- Strong interpersonal and documentation skills
- 2+ years of experience working with children on the Autism spectrum
- Ability to conduct Functional Behavioral Assessments
- Create programs and Behavior Intervention Plans
- Complete skill assessments: ABLLS-R, VB-MAPP, and AFLS
- Provide parent training
- Practical support and leadership skills

* Special Education Teacher:
- BA degree or higher in Special Education or Early Childhood Education
- NJ Teacher of the Handicapped Certification OR Teacher of Students with Disabilities Certification
- Minimum of two years teaching experience with children
- Must be able to read, write and understand English.

* Teacher of The Deaf:
- BA degree or higher in Special Education or Early Childhood Education
- NJ Teacher of the Deaf Certification
- Minimum of two years teaching experience with children
- Must be able to read, write and understand English

* School Nurse:
- Nursing license in the state of New Jersey. (LPN or RN)
- School Nurse Certification preferred, Substitute Certificate considered
- Current CPR/AED and Professional Rescuer Certifications.
- Proficiency in English.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Professional demeanor.
- Adequate vision and hearing.
- Physical mobility for emergency situations.
