INDUSTRIAL MAINTENANCE MECHANIC TECHNICIANS WANTED!

- Perform routine maintenance such as replace or repair locks, light bulbs
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team, with good communication between shifts
- Experienced work history with machine repair, electrical, plumbing and HVAC
- Ability to maintain supply inventory and report reorder needs
- Install and repair electrical apparatus and electronic components
- Ability to perform standard preventative maintenance and daily water treatment
- Repair and maintain physical structure of facility and its grounds
- Inspect/test equipment to detect malfunctions and diagnose problems for proper repair, through various troubleshooting methods
- Ability to utilize various maintenance tools, such as hand tools, forklift, (precision) measuring devices, blueprints, brushes, scissor lift, cutting torch, welders, jigs, harnesses, etc.
