Locations:
- Princeton
- Lawrenceville
- Robbinsville
- Plainsboro
- Voorhees

Pay Rate: $17-$18/hr.

Job Qualifications:
- High School Diploma/GED (a degree in higher education is preferred)
- Minimum 1 year of medical receptionist experience or 4 years of customer service experience
- Criminal Background Check
- Valid Driver’s license and ability to work in various office locations.
- Willingness to follow Penn Medicine requirement, all healthcare employees need to have the flu vaccine yearly and the covid vaccine (as long as it was received at some point, no additional vaccines are required (this requirement may be waived only with a qualified medical or religious exemption).

A busy practice, all Medical Receptionists are cross trained in clerical and clinical duties to maintain the flow of the clinics and support our specialists.

Job Duties:
- Greets patients and vendors
- Schedules appointments for new and returning patients
- Maintains up-to-date patient records in EMR system
- Follows daily routine aligning with opening and closing checklists
- Informs Office Manager if the office is running low on any supplies
