The Jersey Core Education Career Fair is a collaboration between the Human Resource department and the Instructional Coaching Program in Bernards Township. After several years of virtual job fairs, the team recognized the importance of establishing in-person connections with potential candidates.

Together, this dedicated group is committed to providing a platform for engaging with candidates, fostering networking opportunities for educators, and facilitating a space for over 40 districts to unite in pursuit of a common goal: identifying exceptional educators to enhance our outstanding school districts.
